We wanted to begin the week by reminding ourselves why we pray and why it's so important. From the very beginning of scripture (Genesis 4:26), prayer has always been central - people called on the name of the Lord, seeking Him in every season.
Take Lydia for example (Acts 16 & 28) - a multifaceted businesswoman, much like many of us in this community. Her story shows us that prayer often precedes transformation.
Before we can fully receive the living Word and walk in deep relationship with God, we first open the door through prayer.
That's what makes being part of a community like this so powerful. Here, you don't just learn about prayer - you're surrounded by sisters who stand with you, intercede for you, and guide you through specific challenges you or your loved ones may be facing. This space is our "house without walls" — a reminder that no matter where we gather, God meets us there.
Now more than ever, women are being called to rise up in prayer. We can't wait to meet you, pray alongside you, and grow together in Christ as we use our unique gifts and creativity to glorify Him.
This is the heart of true sisterhood.
